Empowering Tomorrow's Entrepreneurs
ZERU builds hybrid physical and AI systems that help entrepreneurs organize ideas, execute strategy, and grow sustainable businesses with clarity, structure, and human-centered support.
At ZERU Center, entrepreneurship begins with intention. We design tools and experiences that help founders think clearly, work deliberately, and move from idea to execution without fragmentation or burnout.
Our work started with a notebook; a trusted place for thinking. Today, ZERU integrates physical notebooks, AI coaching, and structured frameworks to help entrepreneurs plan, organize, and evolve their work into lasting value.
Meet the Founders
Together, they envisioned a space where future business leaders from underrepresented communities can thrive by leveraging cutting-edge technology, collaborative workshops, and AI-powered tools.
Anthony’s entrepreneurial path is defined by resilience and innovation. His experience as a Jamaican immigrant transitioning into the U.S. business world fueled his desire to create something that would empower others. At ZERU, Anthony focuses on business strategy, technology integration, and workshops that foster sustainable growth for entrepreneurs. He leads the vision for ZERU’s productivity tools, such as ZERU Notebooks and the AI-driven ZERU Coach, ensuring that every entrepreneur is equipped to plan, organize, and evolve.
Prentice is the artistic soul behind ZERU Center. Hailing from Rochester, New York, he combines his design expertise with his passion for supporting young entrepreneurs. Prentice is responsible for the creative direction of ZERU, particularly through the Luv Art Lux series, a project that highlights exclusive cover art from diverse artists on ZERU notebooks. His focus on design empowers entrepreneurs to express their ideas visually while enjoying the luxury of personalized, high-quality tools.
ZERU’s Mission: Plan. Organize. Evolve.

ZERU exists to help entrepreneurs build with clarity and intention. Our systems are designed to support thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and continuous growth over time.

- Organize: Turn ideas into action through integrated productivity systems that reduce friction and keep work focused.
- Evolve: Adapt, refine, and grow through learning, feedback, and deliberate iteration.
ZERU serves entrepreneurs at different stages by providing tools and guidance that support both business progress and personal development, with a focus on founders navigating limited resources and complex environments.
- Early-Stage Founders gain structure, confidence, and a clear starting point.
- Small Business Operators improve execution, organization, and decision-making.
- Builders Seeking Focus adopt systems that bring order to daily work and long-term goals.
ZERU for Investors and Sponsors
Engaging with ZERU Center means contributing to a system designed to strengthen how entrepreneurs are supported, guided, and equipped over time.
Through a combination of physical tools, structured digital systems, and facilitated learning experiences, ZERU focuses on helping entrepreneurs think clearly, organize their work, and make informed decisions as they build.
Our work prioritizes long-term capability over short-term wins, and practical infrastructure over hype.
ZERU’s approach emphasizes sustainability through consistency, education, and systems that founders can continue using independently.
Rather than one-time interventions, we focus on repeatable methods that support learning, adaptation, and responsible growth across different stages of entrepreneurship.
Impact is measured through participation, skill development, and the durability of the systems founders adopt.
Innovation at ZERU is applied with restraint and purpose.
We explore new tools, technologies, and methods only when they improve clarity, reduce friction, or strengthen decision-making for entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them.
Growth is approached as a process, not a promise.
Long-term value is built by helping entrepreneurs develop habits, frameworks, and operational discipline that compound over time.
ZERU’s tools and programs are designed to remain useful beyond any single workshop, cohort, or engagement.
The goal is continuity, not dependency.
ZERU invites partners, supporters, and community members to engage thoughtfully in building stronger entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Participation supports access to tools, learning environments, and systems that prioritize equity, responsibility, and practical execution.
ZERU does not offer financial returns, guarantees, or investment products.
ZERU Center provides educational tools, systems, and support. Participation does not constitute an investment offering or guarantee of outcomes.
ZERU Workshops
Where Entrepreneurs Learn to Build With Clarity
ZERU Workshops help entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable businesses through structured thinking, real-world scenarios, and guided execution.
Each session blends interactive gameplay, practical business frameworks, and AI-supported coaching to help participants test assumptions, refine strategy, and move forward with intention.
Founders leave with clearer direction, organized next steps, and tools they can continue using long after the workshop ends.
Less theory. More decision-making.
Bridging Gaps. Expanding Capacity with AI-Enabled Systems

Entrepreneurship programs do important work. ZERU strengthens that work by extending capacity where time, tools, and tailored support often fall short.
We provide an integrated system of AI-enabled tools and business services that help founders move from uncertainty to execution. This includes structured planning, website and platform support, business documentation, and ongoing guidance designed to meet entrepreneurs where they are.
Our approach simplifies complex decisions, reduces operational friction, and supports clearer thinking over time. The result is founders who are better organized, more confident in their choices, and equipped to build sustainably.
For sponsors, incubators, and entrepreneurs alike, ZERU functions as a quiet infrastructure layer; supporting planning, organization, and long-term growth without disrupting existing programs.
Let’s design the right support system for your founders.

Entrepreneurship readiness at ZERU is shaped through guided exposure, structured planning, and real-world decision-making support led by an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR).
Participants engage in recurring sessions where the EIR helps them clarify direction, assess preparedness, and understand what it takes to move from idea to execution responsibly.
Rather than rushing founders into launching, the focus is on building awareness across fundamentals such as business models, operations, marketing, and personal capacity.
Over time, participants develop a clearer sense of:
- What stage they are in
- What skills and resources they still need
- What steps are appropriate to take next
The EIR acts as a consistent point of guidance, helping entrepreneurs interpret feedback, reflect on progress, and make informed choices as they prepare for deeper engagement with ZERU tools and workshops.
ZERU Workshops are facilitated, collaborative learning experiences designed to help entrepreneurs build skills, test ideas, and strengthen decision-making in real-world contexts.
Workshops bring founders together to work through practical business challenges using structured frameworks, guided discussion, and hands-on exercises. The focus is on clarity, organization, and forward movement—not passive instruction.
These sessions are suited for entrepreneurs at the idea, early, or growth stages who benefit from shared learning, peer insight, and structured guidance.
What Happens in a ZERU Workshop
Participants engage in activities that may include:
- Business model exploration and refinement
- Marketing and positioning exercises
- Operational planning and prioritization
- Scenario-based problem solving
- Guided use of ZERU tools and frameworks
Workshops emphasize collaboration, reflection, and practical application rather than lectures or one-off consulting.
Who Facilitates the Workshops
ZERU Workshops are facilitated by ZERU staff (ZERU Entrepreneur-In-Residence or EIR) and approved collaborators. In some cases, guest contributors such as local professionals, educators, or ecosystem partners may participate to share perspective or expertise.
Guest contributors support learning and discussion. They do not act as agents, employees, or decision-makers on behalf of participants or ZERU.
What Workshops Are — and Are Not
ZERU Workshops are educational and developmental experiences.
They are not:
- Staffing services
- Legal, financial, or investment advisory engagements
- Guarantees of business outcomes
The value of each workshop comes from participation, preparation, and continued application of the tools introduced.
Workshops are where ideas get pressure-tested, together.
